A sell order issue (in Spanish, incidencia) is a problem recorded against one of your sell orders while Melonn fulfills or delivers it: for example, an item that could not be picked, a packing mistake, a courier that cannot find the buyer’s address, a return to the warehouse, or a cash-on-delivery collection problem. Issues are reported by Melonn’s operation, by the courier integration or by your team, and are later marked as resolved with resolution comments. Each issue has:
  • an issue code (issue_code, e.g. OV-184523), the identifier you also see in the Melonn seller portal and in issue notifications;
  • a type (sell_order_issue_type / sell_order_issue_type_code), the specific problem;
  • a category (sell_order_issue_category / sell_order_issue_category_code) that groups types;
  • a state given by resolved (false = open, true = resolved), with resolution_date, resolved_by and resolution_comments filled in once it is resolved.

The sell_order_issue_category and sell_order_issue_type fields return the names as they are configured in Melonn, which can be in Spanish. Issue types are a catalog maintained by Melonn and can grow over time; rely on sell_order_issue_type_code to identify a type, and use the names for display. These endpoints are read-only and only return issues of your own sell orders.
