}List return orders
Returns a page of your buyer return orders, optionally filtered by state and by your external identifiers.
Pages start at 0. The response does not include a total count: keep requesting the next
page until data has fewer items than per_page. No sort order is guaranteed.
Array filters are sent as a JSON array in a single, URL-encoded query parameter, e.g.
buyer_return_order_state_code=[1,7] or
external_order_number=["EXT-1","EXT-2"]. A single value can be sent as plain text
(buyer_return_order_state_code=1). Repeating the parameter
(buyer_return_order_state_code=1&buyer_return_order_state_code=7) does not work: only
the last value is used.
Items in the list do not include return_full_label_url, line_items_summary or
parent_sell_order; use Get return order
for those.

Query Parameters
Page number, starting at 0. Must be a non-negative integer.
Number of return orders per page. Must be a non-negative integer. No maximum is enforced; keep it reasonable (e.g. up to 100).
Only return orders in these states. JSON array of state codes, e.g. [1,7]. See BuyerReturnOrderState for the codes.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Only return orders whose external_order_number is one of these values (exact match). JSON array of strings, e.g. ["EXT-1","EXT-2"].
Only return orders with this external_order_id (exact match).
